These terms govern your use of designandpackagingpros.com and any custom packaging order placed with Design & Packaging Pros ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Design & Packaging Pros is a custom packaging studio based in San Antonio, Texas, with production facilities in Asia and the USA. We serve customers in the United States and Canada.

2. Quotes and Orders

Quotes are estimates. Prices, timelines and specifications on a quote are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. After 14 days we may re-quote based on current material and freight costs.

An order is confirmed only when you have (a) accepted the quote in writing, (b) approved the 3D digital proof, and (c) paid the required deposit or full amount as stated on the quote.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where artwork infringes third-party intellectual property, where materials or timelines cannot be met, or where our production capacity is fully allocated.

3. Artwork and Approval

You must supply artwork in the format requested (typically vector PDF, AI, or the dieline template we provide). You are responsible for the accuracy of your artwork — spelling, imagery, colours, dimensions, barcodes, and any legal claims such as nutrition panels, ingredient lists, warnings and regulatory marks.

We produce a 3D digital proof for every order. Your approval of the proof is your confirmation that everything is correct. We cannot accept liability for errors present in artwork you approved.

You warrant that all artwork, logos and content you supply are either owned by you or licensed to you, and that we have permission to reproduce them.

4. Colour Matching

We calibrate to industry-standard Pantone references where specified. However, exact colour match between screen, digital proof and printed material cannot be guaranteed due to differences in substrate, ink and print method. If precise colour is critical, request a physical printed sample — additional cost and lead time apply.

5. Production Tolerances

Custom packaging is a manufactured product. Small variations are normal and do not constitute a defect:

• Dimensions: ±3mm
• Print position: ±2mm
• Quantity: ±5% over or under the ordered quantity — you are billed for the quantity actually produced
• Colour: minor variation within Pantone tolerance ranges

6. Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote and typically require a deposit before production and the balance before dispatch. Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund.

7. Delivery

8. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address (or upon collection, if you have arranged pickup). Title passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

9. Returns and Refunds

Please see our Returns & Refunds page. In summary: custom-printed and bespoke orders are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or shipping error.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or reputational harm.

11. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights in the artwork and content you supply. We retain all rights in our website content, illustrations, structural dielines and design templates. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and, unless you object, to feature the finished product in our portfolio and marketing materials.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on designandpackagingpros.com. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance.
