What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimums start at 25 units on most corrugated styles, and 50–100 on paperboard depending on size and finish. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we'll confirm exact MOQs for your specification.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes — and it's free. Our designers handle dieline creation, artwork setup and a 3D digital proof on every order, and work with you until the packaging matches your brand.
Can I see a prototype before production?
Yes. Every quote includes a free 3D digital proof so you can see exactly how your packaging will look before a single unit is produced. Physical prototypes can also be ordered on request — additional cost and lead time apply.

What materials can I choose from?
Eco-friendly kraft, heavy-duty corrugated (E/B flute), lightweight paperboard and cardboard, rigid stock, and food-safe laminates — plus metallic stocks for something special. Ask our material experts for guidance.
What finishes are available?
Foil stamping, embossing and debossing, spot UV, matte and gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, windows, and custom inserts.
How long does production take?
Standard production runs 7–10 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity, plus shipping. You'll get an estimated in-hands date with your quote, and rush options are available.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada from our production facilities in Asia and the USA. Tracking is provided on every shipment. Any applicable customs and duties for cross-border orders are quoted upfront.
