Every custom packaging order includes a free 3D digital proof before production begins. This is the final checkpoint — once you approve it, we produce exactly what you approved.

What We Send You

• A 3D digital rendering of your packaging with your artwork applied
• A dieline showing all dimensions, folds and print areas
• A written summary of specifications (material, finish, print method, quantity)

What We Need From You

Your written approval — an email reply confirming that the proof is correct and you authorise production.

What You Should Check Carefully

• Spelling and grammar on every panel
• Logos — correct version, correct orientation, correct placement
• Legal and regulatory content — ingredient lists, nutrition panels, warnings, barcodes, certification marks
• Colours — bearing in mind the on-screen preview is an approximation (see our Terms for colour matching notes)
• Dimensions — check the dieline matches your product
• Bleed and safe zones — no critical content in trim or fold areas

Responsibility

Once you approve the proof, you take responsibility for its accuracy. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for errors that were present in the approved proof — please take the time to review it carefully.

If you spot an error before approving, tell us and we'll revise the proof at no cost. Multiple revisions are welcome — we'd rather get it right than get it fast.

Turnaround Starts at Approval

The 7–10 business day turnaround begins the moment you approve the proof, not when you place the order. Delays in approval extend the delivery date accordingly.

File Requirements

Print-ready files: PDF or AI, CMYK, 3mm bleed, fonts outlined. Our design team can prepare this for you free of charge if needed.
