What is your minimum order quantity?
From 25 units on most corrugated styles, and 50 to 100 on paperboard depending on size and finish. Tell us your spec and we will confirm the exact minimum for it.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the quote form with your product, size and quantity. A packaging consultant replies within one business day with pricing, material options and a timeline.
Can I order a small test run first?
Yes. Low minimums exist precisely so you can test a product before committing to volume.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Unit cost drops steeply above 500 units, and again above 5,000. Ask for both a single run and a staged programme so you can compare.
Is design help really free?
Yes. Dieline creation, artwork setup and a 3D digital proof are included with every order.
I do not have a design. Can you create one?
Yes. Our design team can build packaging artwork from scratch, including layout and branding elements.
What file formats do you need?
Print ready PDF or AI, CMYK, with 3mm bleed and outlined fonts. If you do not have this, we will prepare it for you.
What is a dieline?
A flat template showing every cut and fold of your box. We create it free for every order so your artwork lands in exactly the right place.
What materials can I choose from?
Corrugated in E and B flute, paperboard, rigid stock, kraft, chipboard and duplex, plus food safe laminates for pouches.
What finishes are available?
Foil stamping, embossing and debossing, spot UV, matte and gloss lamination, soft touch coating, windows and custom inserts.
Do you offer eco friendly options?
Yes, and they are quoted as standard. FSC certified stocks, soy based inks, recyclable and biodegradable materials.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone reference and we will match it as closely as the chosen stock allows.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a material swatch kit, or a physical prototype of your exact box.
Is the prototype free?
It carries a cost upfront, but order within 30 days and that cost is credited back against your production run.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Always. Nothing goes to production until you approve the digital proof.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping. Rush options are available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with duties handled and tracking on every shipment.
Will I get exactly the quantity I ordered?
Quantities may vary slightly per standard industry over and under run practice. You are billed for the quantity shipped.
Can you store stock for me?
Yes. On larger runs we can warehouse your packaging and release it on demand.
